US/European/Canadian members - USD 100.00

Caribbean members - EC100.00 or USD 40.00

Graduate Students (US/European/Canadian) – USD 50

**Program participants who have not paid their membership fee by

the beginning of the conference will be charged an additional 25.00(in US,EU or EC currency, depending on

place of origin). Membership is required for conference participation.
